Tasting Notes

Our Sangiovese is grown in Amador County. Greets the nose with aromas of leather and a hint of spice. On the palate, notes of bold cherry coupled with pomegranate compliment the French oak and soft tannins. Sangiovese is the most widely grown grape in Tuscany, Italy for Chianti.
