Tasting Notes

Our 2019 Sangiovese is grown in Amador County. Greets the nose with aromas of pomegranate, earth & spice. On the palate, notes of bold cherry coupled with vanilla and a hint of smooth tobacco compliment the French oak and soft tannins. Sangiovese is the most widely grown grape in Tuscany, Italy for Chianti.
